Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information systems, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) and HR categories
- 2+ years experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers.
- Apply proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional and internal team members.
- Advanced analytical skills, including cost modeling, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and spend/savings evaluation, to inform decision-making and enhance reporting.
- Team-centric mindset – demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the category expert for one or more assigned Indirect categories, providing strategic insights and expertise to optimize sourcing outcomes.
- Analyze spend data, create category profiles, and deliver actionable insights on market trends and cost savings.
- Lead vendor negotiations and collaborate with internal stakeholders on budget, cost analysis, and commercial terms to drive optimal savings.
- Oversee supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and risk management standards.
- Manage RFx processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to ensure efficient, competitive, and well-executed sourcing outcomes.
- Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and best-in-class contracts.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal expertise, particularly in commercial terms, to support negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring alignment, performance reviews, and resolution of performance issues.
