Requirements

  • Experience in talent research from a technology company and/or executive search firm
  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
  • Tech Industry Domain; Experience working in the high technology industry is desired
  • Data driven mindset
  • Ability to use data, both quantitative and qualitative, to influence hiring managers and leaders
  • Ability to distill complex information into a consumable and organized format with a focus on content, tone and structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters from search inception through to completion including active participation in sync meetings with hiring managers
  • Develop search strategy
  • Conduct structured, talent research (market mapping) following our unique and superior research framework to provide contextual visibility into the talent pool and an informed, prioritized candidate strategy
  • Provide strong guidance and prioritization of talent that aligns most closely with Pure’s objectives and role mandate
  • Maintain reporting and data management on a ready-now basis for all active searches including pre-kickoff research and calibration, and weekly sync meetings
  • Become a subject matter expert around Pure’s talent ecosystem including the procurement of highly relevant target companies to inform strategy
  • Maintain competitive awareness of critical hires and events happening within our industry and incorporate it into search strategy whilst creating visibility for critical stakeholders.
