Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage core operational processes for partnerships team (e.g., OKR setting/reporting and opex management) and identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
- Inform leadership decisions regarding partner coverage and derive insights on partnership performance and impact by conducting analyses leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and maintaining tools and trackers.
- Manage an evolving portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives that advance some of the company’s largest strategic partnerships, including AI adoption, cross-Google agreement making in partnership with a range of cross-functional and cross-product area stakeholders.
- Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor for the team leadership on high-impact topics, driving critical analyses, and making recommendations on priorities and escalations.
- Create clear, simple and persuasive internal communications, from influencing executive stakeholders to communicating priorities and driving a business cadence at scale with the team.
