Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and support a team that is comprised of: eight (9) Account Managers, one (1) Inside Sales Representative, one (1) Sales Operations Analyst.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver results on the branch organic growth strategy.
  • Determine priority customer targets for the branch and drive territory growth.
  • Performance management and coaching team members to deliver desired results.
  • Review and approve proposals to ensure profitability and strategy to win.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor’s offers to determine value wedge and pricing strategies.
  • Report and present business results to branch management and senior leadership team.
  • Work with Sales Operations Analyst to drive usage of CRM and ensure data quality.
