Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or related fields
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing executive-ready documents
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, with familiarity in AI/ML concepts or software platforms, and demonstrated passion for continuous learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (e.g., Sales, Solutions, Product, and Engineering) and executives
  • Interest in Enterprise AI and experience in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail/CPG, Healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of RFPs, including evaluation, project planning, and submission, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and C3 AI’s capabilities
  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals, collaborating with internal (Sales, Products, Delivery, Legal, Executives) and external stakeholders (customers, partners)
  • Develop materials for sales presentations, demos, and negotiations, ensuring clear communication of commercial and technical details
  • Identify and craft business cases, and articulate the value proposition for potential customers in early sales cycles
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities, synthesizing insights to inform company, product, and go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to business development efforts, structure partnership strategies, and analyze internal KPIs for strategic planning and forecasting
  • Support the Strategy team’s development by enhancing processes and assisting in recruiting and mentoring new team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier school (preferred)
  • Experience with managing proposals, bids, and RFPs is preferred but not required
