Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in consulting, finance, or other roles requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work.
- Strong SQL skills (a must) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to develop and interpret analytical frameworks to drive insights.
- Experience with customer segmentation, forecasting, and market research.
- Extreme ownership and a bias towards action, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work and build relationships with a wide range of people, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Data collection & analysis: conduct market and competitor research, gather insights through quantitative & qualitative methods (e.g. SQL, customer interviews, surveys), and develop analytical frameworks to support decision making.
- Formulate strategic recommendations: communicate the outcomes/insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions and develop action plans for recommendations.
- Cross-functional project management: work with leadership and key stakeholders across functions to implement recommendations. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of these projects across all phases, from early exploration to execution.
- Take full ownership of high-impact strategic projects from exploration to execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and CX to implement strategic initiatives.
- Drive initiatives such as pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and GTM improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies and optimize revenue streams through data-driven decision-making.
- Support initiatives like overage migrations, pricing/billing strategy, and product-market fit evaluations.
- Monitor and measure business performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-growth startups, strategy teams, or revenue operations is a plus.
- Previous work experience in high-growth or early-stage startups.
- Previous experience at an MBB consulting firm or top-tier MBA.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or B2B SaaS industries.
- Experience in pricing strategy, GTM operations, or revenue optimization.
