Requirements
- Knowledge of developing machine learning models for object detection and classification
- Experience in applying machine learning approaches Deep Convolutional Neural networks is an added advantage
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following tools: Caffe, TensorFlow, Theano, or a similar deep learning toolkit is an added advantage
- Experience with image processing and computer vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
- MathWorks based tools (MATLAB, Simulink)
- C/C++ and Python programming languages
- Linux operating system
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the mentors and develop machine learning algorithms for the object detection and classification utilizing camera data
- Support data collection utilizing development vehicles
- Design document development
- Support technical peer reviews
- Verify algorithms at component and bench level
Preferred Qualifications
