Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in subcontract administration or related procurement activities
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, proposal evaluation, and subcontract management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the subcontracts lifecycle as associated with procurement activity.
  • Issue requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, and qualify suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate subcontract files in compliance with established procedures.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to steer best practices for the group.
  • Display expertise within the subcontracting focus and seek continuous improvement within both processes and individual skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with government contracts and their compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with subcontractor claims resolution
  • Experience using procurement software or contract management systems
