Requirements

  • MS or BS Required
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant child support services and enforcement experience or an equivalent of education and training.
  • 3 to 5 years working within child support enforcement programs, particularly in interstate case processing and reconciliation.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with case location techniques, data analysis, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a multiple contractor environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across national child support programs and assist states with their Case Management by:
  • Providing information/data from federal systems and sources,
  • Adding new data sources to the FPLS/Portal to improve decision-making
  • Eliminating data redundancies for child support agencies through streamlining.
  • Coordinating communication and outreach among all child support partners, standardizing tools and technology, conducting feasibility studies of data, providing technical assistance to states, and preparing user guides for stakeholders.
  • Conducting training for child support agencies to increase usage of OCSE systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in social services related field.
  • Experience working with state and federal agencies, courts, and child support professionals.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance and training to staff on CSE and ICR best practices.
  • Experience with interstate case processing, including the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA).
  • Familiarity with the Federal Case Registry (FCR), State Case Registries (SCRs), and the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH).
  • Understanding of case location techniques (e.g., data matching, employer reporting, and federal/state databases).
