Requirements
- You are a rising junior or senior undergrad student with a declared major in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, PR, Advertising, English, Art History (or pursuing a business related or liberal arts related degree) or other related field with intention to work in Marketing or Human Resources upon graduating preferred
- Previous relevant internship/work experience or demonstrated interest in communications or marketing
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, paid media, and social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Proficient in using Canva to create social media content and printable items
- Great storytelling abilities with solid writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Well organized, detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
- Forward thinking, able to problem solve; self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations
- Team player with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment working across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Designing digital assets for our recruitment marketing strategy including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, ‘We are Hiring’ social cards, and employee referral flyers, etc
- Developing engaging content for different channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Careers Website, and Emails) and experiment with new content formats to tell employee stories and highlight SharkNinja as an employer of choice
- Providing campaign and social media reporting to ensure measurement of key campaigns and overall effectiveness of employer brand efforts
- Providing support for employee photoshoots helping to prep and execute
- Being a brand ambassador for SharkNinja onsite in Needham by attending onsite events, taking photos and promoting the Employer Brand initiatives
