Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled as a rising Junior, Senior, Grad Student or recent Grad in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
- Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
- Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
- Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple marketing projects from inception to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Work with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Social Media, Email, Ecommerce, Visual Merchandising) to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to marketing processes for greater efficiency.
- Support coordination of email campaigns, visual merchandising signage, web updates, and custom graphics for new store openings.
- Create and manage a content calendar for each campaign with an overall goal to optimize project schedules, track deadlines, and ensure timely reviews/approvals of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
