Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical, civil, or electrical.
- 10+ years of engineering and/or project management experience related to the pipeline industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other common business software.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes and initiatives among shifting priorities.
- A collaborative team and service-oriented work style with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manages the Region Technical Advisor Staff (compression, measurement and construction support); Supervise overall group performance and support Employee career development.
- Supervises group to support the Area and Station personnel to resolve problems with units in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to field operations on various facilities issue resolution.
- Provides direct technical and administrative support to the Manager of Technical Operations.
- Coordinates preparation of Capital and O&M project budgets for station assets – includes project recommendations/ proposals, evaluations, justifying (technical and financial).
- Provides technical support for facilities event analysis (investigations).
- Communication conduit between Technical Advisor staff and other departments for issue resolution.
- Tracks reliability events and makes technical recommendations.
- Provide support ensuring the coordination of emergency related activities such as planning, outages, material stocking, repairs, investigations and financial recovery related to compression and measurement facilities.
- Accountable for managing the facilities related capital budgets for the Offshore and Joint Ventures Region.
- Possess decision-making authority which can have an impact on the safety and health of personnel and assets.
- Responsible for the successful day‐to‐day delivery of technical support services to the region field operation team.
- Responsible to support field operations to respond to emergency situations.
