Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of weekly promotional materials across print and digital formats, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage circular design for multiple retailers while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Streamline operational processes to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and marketing regulations.
  • Supervise signage creation, support design teams, coordinate promotional distribution, and collaborate with retailers to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and retailer operations teams to align marketing support with promotional strategies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for owned, franchise, and independent operators regarding their promotional marketing needs.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams adhere to timelines during the development of the promotional marketing programs.
  • Foster collaboration to swiftly resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise along the way.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process breakdowns and bottlenecks to effectively tackle challenges as they arise.
  • Lead and develop a dynamic team comprising both internal and agency talent to design and execute the weekly promotional marketing program in alignment with retailers’ commercial calendars, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and engagement within the team through strong leadership and clear, impactful communication.
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower team members to continuously enhance their skills and contribute to operational excellence.
