Requirements
- Expertise in print and digital ad development, graphic design software and creative agency workflows.
- Strong understanding of technology that supports weekly promotional marketing.
- Strong leadership and team and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional process management and problem-solving skills.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in retail and grocery marketing, with expertise in print and digital ad execution or marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Graphic Design & Media Arts
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of weekly promotional materials across print and digital formats, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage circular design for multiple retailers while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery.
- Streamline operational processes to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and marketing regulations.
- Supervise signage creation, support design teams, coordinate promotional distribution, and collaborate with retailers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with merchandising and retailer operations teams to align marketing support with promotional strategies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for owned, franchise, and independent operators regarding their promotional marketing needs.
- Ensure cross-functional teams adhere to timelines during the development of the promotional marketing programs.
- Foster collaboration to swiftly resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise along the way.
- Proactively identify and resolve process breakdowns and bottlenecks to effectively tackle challenges as they arise.
- Lead and develop a dynamic team comprising both internal and agency talent to design and execute the weekly promotional marketing program in alignment with retailers’ commercial calendars, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and punctuality.
- Foster a culture of high performance and engagement within the team through strong leadership and clear, impactful communication.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower team members to continuously enhance their skills and contribute to operational excellence.
