Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage processes involving efficient and effective utilization of employees and/or contractors
  • Provide leadership and development to crew and damage prevention teams
  • Maintain qualified contractor lists & relationships
  • Determine the most effective use of crew labor
  • Oversee the OQ and welder qualification plan
  • Maintain accurate application of crew charges, including correspondence with area management teams, accounting dept, initiative and project managers
  • Create and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain inspections, licensing and maintenance of vehicles and equipment in the Vehicle and Driver Certification programs
  • Develop, implement, and execute the Damage Prevention Program by directing assigned personnel
  • Work with Asset Integrity Expense Initiative managers in the development of Asset Integrity Plan
  • Execution of selected Asset Integrity plans and projects through the coordination of the initiative and project managers
  • Build strong relationships with Operations, Initiative Managers, Engineering and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to monthly scorecard for Asset Integrity group
  • Provide area Emergency Response support in applicable Incident Command structures
  • Develop and manage Operating Plan at Supervisor Area level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in pipeline maintenance and operations or a related field preferred
  • 6 – 10 years related work experience preferred
