Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
- 2 years of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work Required.
Responsibilities
- Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction.
- Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations.
- Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
- Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related areas Preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership experience informal or formal Preferred.
