Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function required
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
- Skilled in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance business performance
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite products and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Revenue Operations Specialists to ensure operational policy adherence and efficient execution of processes
- Oversee the team responsible for managing sales team requests, resolving commission disputes, evaluating rules of engagement, and aggregating decision-making data to present solutions
- Conduct sales audits to ensure rules of engagement were followed and automation worked correctly
- Maintain the Sales and Support attendance point system, complete shift bids, and assign teams
- Compile and produce reports that show employee performance on a monthly basis
- Mentor a large team, monitor their growth, and help them improve their skills
- Proactively streamline and optimize processes, including improving the efficiency of how individual tasks are completed and the framework in which tasks are delivered to employees
- Identify opportunities for trainings and assist with building and rollout of trainings
- Synthesize results of Sales audits into high-level recommendations for efficiency and revenue improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ year of Sales/Revenue Operations experience
- 5+ years experience supporting SMB revenue operations
- Experienced in Six Sigma or other process improvement techniques
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management software
