Requirements
- Demonstrate the knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of component manufacturing ex.. welding, machining, electric, assembling.
- Demonstrate knowledge of using quality tools ex.. 8D, fishbone.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- SAP, Office.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Responsible and rapid response.
- Good interpersonal skills. Able to explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.

Responsibilities
- Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, cost. Clarity engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively to supporting suppliers.
- Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
- Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
- Working with end user and performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction actions.
- Lead or participate quality improvement projects to achieve quality targets.
