Requirements
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen
- ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 internal auditor
- MS office, communication skills, and knowledge of at least one field (Mechanical or Electrical component).
- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Decision making and excellent problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain new supplier evaluation, new parts validation and approval for new projects and parts localization project.
- Resolve problems for parts issued from customer, production, or IQC. Provide analysis on all processes to determine the root cause and propose a solution. Provide follow up to suppliers.
- Monitor/support suppliers’ product/process quality control system improvement by system/process/product audit, supplier training and project management etc. Responsible for ensuring suppliers comply with environmental laws and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management, 6 Sigma green belt is a plus.
