- Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain and production floor engineers to support tracking and flow of components for production builds
- Update and manage the program’s knowledge base regularly
- Maintain Inventory Database
- Maintain Production Build Books
- Prepare for meetings with Production PO to review kits status and priority
- Assist with kitting and tracking Field Service equipment
- Create Unclassified and Classified transmittals
- Receive packages and verify material against Purchase Request (PR)
- Fulfill requests of material for production techs and testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Secret Clearance preferred
- Associate degree preferred
