Requirements
- Associate’s Degree – Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or other related degree
- 1-3 years Retail AP experience (Distribution or retail stores)
Responsibilities
- Partners with operational leaders, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers partners to review policies, procedures, and processes for opportunities to improve the customer experience while controlling expenses and maximizing margins.
- Builds relationships and effectively collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages, hires, and develops a diverse team of hourly Lowe’s Security Specialists within a supply chain environment
- Oversees compliance, integrity, and effectiveness of product quality audit program and makes necessary adjustments to meet evolving business damage strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and product handling procedures to reduce financial risk and drive company profit.
- Identify organizational risks and take swift actions to mitigate through escalations with operational leadership, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers.
- Support operational excellence and safety training to drive a culture of quality assurance.
- Provides open feedback and mentorship to associates to encourage growth and greater responsibility.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of historical and current data to identify trends and direct actions.
- Delivers consistent reporting, provides trend analysis, and supports key business partners in the creation and deployment of strategies to increase profitability.
- Identifies key areas for improvement, then challenges and encourages individuals and leadership teams to close the gaps.
- Provide training, implementation, and governance over network processes to support organizational initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to damage reduction strategies and operational controls through comprehensive Quarterly Walk.
- Provides a clear vision to associates throughout the Supply Chain network of their role in enabling the organization to deliver the desired customer experience.
- Participate in system design planning process for all new equipment adds, existing equipment or process modifications, to reduce the risk of injury and/or regulatory exposure.
- Provide ongoing consultation and direction during the new building stand-up phase, helping to implement and enforce damage reduction process and programs, helping to monitor and address issues when necessary, and collecting learnings throughout the early phases of the new building (i.e., test and learn).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 Years experience with a Mass Retailer or other multi-location employer
- 1-2 Years warehouse type store and/or distribution center experience
- CSP, ASP, WSO, ARM Certification
- OSHA 10 or 30 Hour
