Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, accompanied by 5-8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in a program management environment, whether directly or indirectly, is preferred
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
  • Possess the drive and initiative to finalize tasks while maintaining awareness of deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to take charge and act independently without direct supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • General understanding of the procurement process
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse functions and all levels of management

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of designated projects and achieve the annual objectives
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Establish the strategy roadmap for various product lines with other supply chain team members
  • Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others
  • Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
  • Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment
  • Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time
  • Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region
