Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, accompanied by 5-8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in a program management environment, whether directly or indirectly, is preferred
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
- Possess the drive and initiative to finalize tasks while maintaining awareness of deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to take charge and act independently without direct supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- General understanding of the procurement process
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse functions and all levels of management
Responsibilities
- Take charge of designated projects and achieve the annual objectives
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Establish the strategy roadmap for various product lines with other supply chain team members
- Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others
- Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
- Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment
- Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time
- Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region
