Responsibilities

  • Support developers at small startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprises to understand their needs
  • Improve and refine code that developers have written
  • Explain the intricacies and capabilities of Stainless
  • Handle inbound and outbound requests across Slack, email and beyond
  • Help new customers evaluate and set up Stainless for their SDKs
  • Ensure any issues, requests or rough edges are used to shape product work at Stainless
  • Write great documentation and help build a great website
  • Write code both internally and for external customers
  • Improve Codegen to handle new use-cases
  • Write examples and demos for potential users
  • Write custom helpers for sophisticated users
  • Develop internal tooling (CLIs, Retool pages, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer support or developer advocacy
  • Experience in a startup environment
