SVP / Application Development Tech Lead

10+ years of experience in driving the delivery of large-scale enterprise technology solutions leveraging technologies like Java J2EE / Spring / Oracle, Webservices / REST APIs and messaging in a Containerized Kubernetes environment.
Experience in CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins etc. including automated testing tools like Selenium.
Proven experience and subject matter expertise within the GRC domain.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and strategic objectives.
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards related to GRC and technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.

Lead the entire lifecycle of technology solutions, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Operational Risk functions (1st and 2nd line oversight) and regulatory reporting requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business analysts across multiple teams and regions to ensure technology solutions meet business goals and adhere to firm standards and commitments.
Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and expertise in software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and best practices.
Monitor development progress to ensure implementation decisions align with company commitments.
