Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in driving the delivery of large-scale enterprise technology solutions leveraging technologies like Java J2EE / Spring / Oracle, Webservices / REST APIs and messaging in a Containerized Kubernetes environment.
- Experience in CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins etc. including automated testing tools like Selenium.
- Proven experience and subject matter expertise within the GRC domain.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and strategic objectives.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards related to GRC and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and an eagerness to learn, grow, and progress towards a leadership role within the company.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire lifecycle of technology solutions, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Operational Risk functions (1st and 2nd line oversight) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business analysts across multiple teams and regions to ensure technology solutions meet business goals and adhere to firm standards and commitments.
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and expertise in software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and best practices.
- Monitor development progress to ensure implementation decisions align with company commitments.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating effectively with both internal and potentially external stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, acting as a mentor and advisor to junior analysts.
- Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions within IT Project Leadership, directly impacting business outcomes.
