SVP / IT Product Owner

10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience and subject matter expertise within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain
5+ years of experience in defining and implementing technology solutions within a GRC context
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Highly self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results
Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and progress towards a leadership role within the company
Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required

Lead project teams, identify resource needs, and develop schedules to ensure on-time project delivery
Understand both local and global needs within the specific domain, ensuring alignment on strategy across teams
Define, document, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions
Conduct in-depth evaluations of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to assess impact
Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues, minimizing potential impact
Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions within IT Project Leadership, directly impacting business outcomes
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating effectively with both internal and potentially external stakeholders
Manage and allocate resources effectively, acting as a mentor and advisor to junior analysts
Utilize sophisticated analytical and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Appropriately assess and consider risks when making business decisions
