Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred, credit cards and rewards experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, oversight functions, etc.) and manage through influence
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to existing Cards business processes
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues
  • Ability to partner with and lead a large cross functional team to drive results
  • Will to win and desire to have fun

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a feature backlog for Rewards Optimization
  • Manage multiple Rewards Optimization projects simultaneously through ideation, defining and grooming requirements, governance reviews and approvals, build, testing, and launch
  • Prepare and present Rewards Optimization recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross functionally to drive business decisions
  • Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization to support the Rewards Optimization agenda
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements
  • Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
