Requirements
- Master’s degree
- B.S. Pharm or PharmD
- Ohio pharmacist licensure in good standing or eligible for licensure with the State of Ohio
- 3 – 5 years of job related experience
- Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Directing the day-to-day clinical operations
- Financial management
- Formulary management
- Human resource management
- Leading clinical team leads and clinical pharmacy specialists
- Coordinating activities of Clinical Pharmacy Services across the enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business, or other relevant subject area
- Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialists, preferred
- Has held administrative positions in a complex health system
