Requirements
- Proficiency in both Windows OS and Linux OS
- Strong application support skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Systems Engineering experience working directly with system users to resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and analysis in both Linux OS and Windows OS environments
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for critical applications including Ansys Granta and Dassault Systemes Teamwork Cloud
- Manage tickets through ServiceNow
- Provide Admin support for these applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- Experience with IT ServiceNow
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
