Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Test Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical testing, automated validation, or control systems integration.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test systems (LabVIEW, Python, or similar).
- Experience with SCADA/HMI development and IIoT connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols, CANBUS communication, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with PCB design, test system integration, data collection systems, and harnessing design in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and maintain automated PCB test systems to validate electrical and functional performance in manufacturing operations.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between test equipment, industrial control systems, and networked automation platforms to support real-time monitoring and analysis of CANBUS networks.
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot electrical validation procedures, ensuring comprehensive testing of power distribution, insulation, signal integrity, communication interfaces, functional performance, and protection mechanisms to meet safety, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new electrical test systems, enhance validation processes, and improve overall system performance.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, network diagrams, and validation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cybersecurity, safety, and reliability.
