Requirements
- 2+ years of Index Options trading experience
- BS, MS, or PhD preferably in mathematics, science, financial engineering, or computer science
- Experience with programming, preferably in Python
- Highly analytical and seek to make or validate decisions in a data-driven manner
- Working in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Curious and self-motivated to keep making progress
- Working in a team environment where multiple specialists will rely on each others’ expertise
Responsibilities
- Maximize PNL through applying and adapting current trading strategies and algorithms, or researching and designing new trading strategies and algorithms
- Take responsibility and ownership early in your time here to drive initiatives or strategies forward
