Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with help desk and systems administration
- Experience in a deskside support role with Windows-based environments
- Experience as a systems administrator, including Active Directory and fiber optic networking configurations
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date
Responsibilities
- Conduct operations and maintenance
- Contribute to the enhancement of every information technology component that comprises distinct domains and mobile exercise networks
- Assist users to overcome technical challenges through regular interactions with all levels of the command hierarchy
- Analyze problem areas and identify opportunities for improvement in mission-critical networks
- Combine technical experience with superior communication skills to turn metrics into actionable information and communicate their meaning to leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Bachelor’s degree
- MCSA Windows Server 2019 or later Certification
