Requirements
- Basic proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Strong background in Epic and/or non-Epic reporting and analytics.
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with users to provide stable and reliable system analytics.
- Communicates status of current projects or problems.
- Acts as the second level support for the analytics projects assigned.
- Assists trainers in the development of training material related to supported analytics applications.
- Provides regular maintenance to dashboards, reports, metrics and all other analytics components.
- Performs analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system analytics issues.
- Maintains system documentation and audits.
- Completes change control process.
- Tests new functionality in releases to determine application analytics viability and integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic and fundamental understanding of healthcare system processes (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- Formal education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis (eg., one year of education = one year of experience).
