Requirements
- BS in related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience using Rhapsody SysML, System Architect, RSA, Rhapsody Harmony SE, Rhapsody DoDAF, RoseRT, and Cameo MagicDraw
- Familiarity with military aviation regulations and standards, such as MIL-STD-882E (Standard Practice for System Safety) and MIL-STD-1797A (Aviation System Safety Management)
- Must have an in-scope Secret level security clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Responsible for systems engineering technical expertise in development, integration, operational, and sustainment for various UAS systems
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams and working groups
- Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to the customer describing program status, issues, analyses, findings, results, recommendations, and conclusions as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in related field
- Preferred experience with requirements development, decomposition, and trace experience using DOORS and ReqPro on acquisition defense programs
- Preferred experience with Uncrewed Systems
- Preferred experience with aviation system development and engineering
- Preferred experience with Agile development methodology
- Preferred experience with Mounted Mission Command platform and NOC systems
