Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering
- Experience with DoD sustainment and acquisitions processes
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of aerospace systems engineering
- Ability to review and understand technical drawings
- Ability to work with and present to senior ranking officials
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Experience with DoD airworthiness processes and Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E)
- Experience with SysML and digital engineering processes and tools, such as Cameo
- Knowledge of DoD Technical Data Package (TDP) creation and generation and DoD acquisition requirements generation
- Ability to review and understand technical drawings and identify critical characteristics
- Ability to review TDPs for completeness and correctness to support manufacturing
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree in Engineering
