Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with systems engineering for data or communications systems equipment
- 3+ years of experience in technical and project management, supporting Information Technology (IT) projects or programs
- 2+ years of experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or SysML to record solution system engineering information
- Experience developing and implementing test plans and procedures, and reviewing changes and operations of network systems
- Experience architecting or designing complex systems
- Experience with data element mapping to requirements and capability functions
- Ability to develop requirements and technical solutions
- Ability to research and resolve issues in systems implementations and configurations
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience leading systems design and development, or 7+ years of experience leading systems design and development in lieu of a degree

- Lead engineering efforts to shape the customer’s mission
- Work with vendors to design and develop systems
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Broaden skillset into areas like telecommunications
- Merge engineering and project management to drive the customer’s mission forward

- Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied teams for successful deliveries on complex engineering programs to support products, services, and operations
- Ability to work successfully as part of a matrixed team
