Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (bonus points for vocational training!)
- At least 1 year of machine operator experience (preferably in a related industry)
- Mechanical and technical savvy with an eye for detail and strong documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Take the lead in tablet production—from dispensing and milling to blending, compression, and coating.
- Operate machinery like a pro, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality results.
- Crush production goals without compromising on quality and compliance.
- Keep a sharp eye on products with meticulous in-process checks to guarantee only the best makes it through.
- Keep machines running smoothly—disassemble, clean, and reassemble like a boss.
- Train new operators, sharing your expertise on processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and tackle any operational hiccups like a true problem-solver.
