Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with Link 16 systems
- Experience with Link 16 test equipment and analysis tools such as Tactical Datalink Integration Exerciser (TIGER), Data Link Gateway, and Gateway Manager
- Experience with system engineering processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of Link 16 protocols, waveforms, and network architectures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

- Design and develop systems for customer-focused engineering solutions
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other tactical data links such as JREAP or SADL
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as OPNET or NS-3
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
