Requirements

  • High School Diploma Or GED (Required)
  • Proven successful experience providing administrative support in a high-volume professional office setting (Required)
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, assignments or tasks simultaneously (Required)
  • Proven experience handling confidential information and correspondence (Required)
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations (Required)
  • Proven skill for helping people and providing outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

Responsibilities

  • Manages selection and pre-hire onboarding processes to include background checks, drug screens, employment verification and form completion
  • Identifies potential selection and/or onboarding issues or concerns; researches, provides clarification and facilitates problem resolution
  • Manages the rehire process to include the gathering of previous employment information
  • Notifies management and/or hiring managers regarding selection and/or onboarding process issues
  • Identifies trends and issues with the selection process flow; makes improvement recommendations to management
  • Serves as liaison between the Company and third-party vendors regarding background check processes and drug testing
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications
