Requirements
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Demonstrated success delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Successful management of a high volume workload and meeting tight deadlines
- Professional maturity with a willingness to work outside of your comfort zone without hesitation
- Proven ability to professionally converse verbally and in writing with senior executive candidates
- Strong learning agility, ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes

Responsibilities
- Ensure flawless execution of critical TA operational tasks
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the desired candidate profiles for each role
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
- Proactively source passive candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques, including search engines, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, X-Ray search
- Hand off best-qualified candidates to Recruiters to conduct screens
- Efficiently calendar our multi-step, multi-location, multi-participant interviews and decision-making meetings
- Send, receive, and correctly file electronic candidate materials (skills assessments, workplace assessments, applications, etc.)
- Ensure a streamlined process by providing internal interview participants with relevant material such as candidate resumes, and provide candidates with confirmation emails with details of their interview
- Post new job listings, renew existing job postings
- Initiate pre-hire activities
- Update the recruiting process and policy documentation as required
- Provide support for ad hoc reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Boolean searches, social media, blog sourcing
- One or more years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proficiency using GSuite tools (Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
