Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless execution of critical TA operational tasks
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the desired candidate profiles for each role
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
  • Proactively source passive candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques, including search engines, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, X-Ray search
  • Hand off best-qualified candidates to Recruiters to conduct screens
  • Efficiently calendar our multi-step, multi-location, multi-participant interviews and decision-making meetings
  • Send, receive, and correctly file electronic candidate materials (skills assessments, workplace assessments, applications, etc.)
  • Ensure a streamlined process by providing internal interview participants with relevant material such as candidate resumes, and provide candidates with confirmation emails with details of their interview
  • Post new job listings, renew existing job postings
  • Initiate pre-hire activities
  • Update the recruiting process and policy documentation as required
  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Boolean searches, social media, blog sourcing
  • One or more years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficiency using GSuite tools (Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
