Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of successful administrator experience in HR Direct Service Center of comparable setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange travel for out-of-town candidates, if necessary.
- Greet and assist both internal and external candidates to the HR division, providing information, assistance and directing individuals, as needed.
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other recruiting tools (Eightfold, Brazen, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status.
- Handle candidate inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with additional ad hoc daily responsibilities and communications to have a positive impact on the overall Talent Acquisition Value Chain: Create evergreen requisition, Post/ un-post requisition, Reference check and/or assessment coordination, Confirming start dates and next steps during the hiring process, Monitor completion of onboarding documents, Send out new hire notification to hiring manager.
- Assist and provide support on other miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Works with limited supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures regarding talent acquisition and the activities that support those efforts.
- Ability to work as a member of team in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to use independent judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality of Bank matters.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Demonstrated proficiency of quickly responding to questions in an accurate and timely fashion.
- The ability to multi-task.
