Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting
- 2 years of experience leading a team
- Ability to navigate in ambiguity and make sound decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, analyze, report, and drive decisions based on objective data
- Comfortable extracting, manipulating, identifying trends and hidden opportunities in data
- Thorough knowledge of global recruitment practices
Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle recruitment for executive, professional, and non-exempt positions
- Establishing a repeatable recruiting process and training team members
- Collaborating with leadership to clarify job specifications and staffing needs
- Developing and implementing social media strategy for candidate sourcing
- Leveraging data for staffing risk detection and resource allocation
- Driving down time to fill open positions
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines with diverse skillsets
- Developing relationships with Technical/Vocational Schools and military pipelines
- Managing contracts with recruitment and temp agency partners
- Maintaining a partnership with JLL’s Talent COE
- Promoting JLL’s brand, values, and culture
- Analyzing and reporting account success to executive leadership
