3–6 years of experience as a GTM recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
Proven track record of hiring exceptional Sales, CS, Marketing and/or Operations talent, consistently maintaining a high hiring bar
Ability to create and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
Passionate about delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from start to finish
Ability to leverage data and metrics to refine recruitment strategies and make informed, strategic hiring decisions
Focused on finding and sourcing top talent, with skills in nurturing, creative outbound campaigns, and optimising job specs
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Target-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency

Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams
Develop and own sourcing strategies and deliver results against those strategies for searches across various commercial functions
Perform initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough and efficient evaluation process
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment techniques
Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent
Leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior GTM leaders
Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
