Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a GTM recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Proven track record of hiring exceptional Sales, CS, Marketing and/or Operations talent, consistently maintaining a high hiring bar
  • Ability to create and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics to refine recruitment strategies and make informed, strategic hiring decisions
  • Focused on finding and sourcing top talent, with skills in nurturing, creative outbound campaigns, and optimising job specs
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams
  • Develop and own sourcing strategies and deliver results against those strategies for searches across various commercial functions
  • Perform initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough and efficient evaluation process
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment techniques
  • Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent
  • Leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior GTM leaders
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
