Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a GTM recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional Sales, CS, Marketing and/or Operations talent, consistently maintaining a high hiring bar
- Ability to create and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from start to finish
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to refine recruitment strategies and make informed, strategic hiring decisions
- Focused on finding and sourcing top talent, with skills in nurturing, creative outbound campaigns, and optimising job specs
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process with hiring managers and teams
- Develop and own sourcing strategies and deliver results against those strategies for searches across various commercial functions
- Perform initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough and efficient evaluation process
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessment techniques
- Develop scoring metrics to streamline decision-making
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent
- Leverage data and metrics to continually refine recruitment strategies and drive informed hiring decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior GTM leaders
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
