Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, with established success in corporate recruiting and/or agency.
  • Considerable experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday a plus.
  • Strategic sourcing and inclusive hiring practices, combined with strong partnerships with business leaders to drive impactful talent outcomes.
  • Analytical thought process and proven success translating insights into impactful talent mapping.
  • Adaptability and solution-oriented approach to meet the demands of a fast-paced evolving business.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders by developing creative and data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to recruit top talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social networking, employee referrals, CRM, and events to attract top talent and build strong pipelines.
  • Promote operational excellence by maintaining timely and accurate data within all recruiting systems and tools, and adhering to recruiting processes.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of DraftKings’ business, customers and competition to build effective hiring strategies and generate excitement among candidates.
