Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

  • Mastermind the Global TA Roadmap: Create and manage a dynamic, integrated project roadmap that provides complete visibility into all Global Talent Acquisition (TA) programs, initiatives, timelines, resources, and dependencies. This roadmap will be the central resource for tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and informing Global TA strategies. 
  • Drive Portfolio Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze portfolio performance, project status, and potential risks. Proactively recommend course corrections to optimize efficiency and achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Champion Value Realization: Develop and implement a framework to measure the return on investment (ROI) and value realization of major Global TA programs. Partner with the S&T Value Realization team to ensure methodological alignment and drive data-driven decision-making. 
  • Orchestrate Seamless Execution: Facilitate regular strategic roadmap reviews with the Global TA CoE leadership team to assess progress, celebrate successes, address challenges, and identify areas for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead Strategic Partnerships: Support the Global TI & TA Portfolio Management Lead in evaluating and selecting new potential partners for Talent Intelligence, Research, and Strategy Consulting. Oversee and measure the performance of active partnerships (e.g., Draup, LinkedIn Insights, Gartner), ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and strategic objectives. 
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insightful analysis to the Global TA CoE leadership team. Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform strategic decision-making on project prioritization, resource allocation, and program adjustments. 
  • Facilitate TA CoE Operations: Partner with the Global TA CoE Lead and Global TI & TA Portfolio Management Lead to ensure effective meeting management, capturing decisions, developing action plans, and tracking progress. 
  • Champion Knowledge Management: Create and maintain standardized templates for key CoE assets. Develop and manage centralized databases for TI research, knowledge assets, and external and internal TA best practices. Collaborate with the H2O Process team to ensure timely updates to the TA Wiki (TA Knowledge Management Platform). 
  • Drive TA Communications: Partner with the TA Development & Engagement Lead and the H2O process team on Global TA Newsletters to provide updates to the TA community on strategies, programs, tools, and processes.

  • Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: You’ll provide senior TA leadership with data-driven insights, reports, and strategic recommendations that inform critical business decisions. 
  • Foster Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: You’ll facilitate cross-functional collaboration, knowledge management, and effective communication across the TA CoE. 
  • Maximize Program ROI: You’ll track the success and value of global TA initiatives, ensuring that 

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 – $149,000 Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • TA & Project Management Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Portfolio Management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and strategic initiatives. You possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, programs, and best practices. 
  • Strong Data & Analytical Skills: You’re a data whiz, with the ability to track KPIs, measure project success, and generate actionable insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Advanced Excel proficiency is a must, and experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is highly desirable. 
  • Portfolio & Roadmap Management: You have experience overseeing a strategic portfolio of projects, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business. You’re exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong planning and execution skills. 
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: You’re proficient with talent intelligence platforms, ATS systems, and HR analytics tools.  
  • Strategic & Systems Thinking: You can connect multiple TA initiatives into a cohesive, data-driven TA strategy. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues. You can think strategically, develop long-term plans, connect seemingly disparate information (systems thinking), and develop innovative solutions. 
  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Influence: You have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders. You possess excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills, and can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. 
  • Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You have experience working in multinational, matrixed environments, collaborating effectively with HR, finance, and operations teams. You demonstrate a curious, open-minded, and thoughtful approach to work and professional relationships. 
  • Adaptability & Agility: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a strong ability to manage shifting priorities, maintain focus, and effectively prioritize work in a demanding environment. You have a curious mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new trends and ways of working, and you’re able to adapt and find simple, creative solutions.  
  • Experience with large scale Change Management Projects: Experience working on organizational change management projects, including supporting the creation of new strategies and solutions, is highly valued. 
  • Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. 
  • Vendor Management Experience: Experience managing relationships with external vendors and partners is also desirable.
