Requirements
- Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization
- Possesses a practical knowledge of training and development techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
- Assists in developing interactive and engaging instructor-led soft skills training programs
- May conduct training sessions covering various soft skills
- Collects and analyzes data in support of the Talent Development team
- May use RPA to automate core processes
- Provides one-on-one assistance to colleagues who are looking to apply training material to their day-to-day tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field
