Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of talent management experience
  • Workday experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide Logistic and Project Support for all Talent Management Programs including coaching, mentoring and internal and external surveys
  • Performance review & development planning processes
  • Serves as the main point of contact for creating and distributing Firm performance management reports
  • Uses Workday subject matter expertise to make recommendations for new and improved performance management reports
  • Creates and schedules performance related reports (i.e., results of performance snapshots, surveys, completion rate, etc.) for HR, Resource Management and Service Area Leaders in the firm
  • Creates presentations, including developing key metrics, to be presented at various times throughout the year to leaders and employees
  • Raises issues with team members based on observations from data
  • Supports data and reporting needs for other Talent Management programs and processes
  • Maintains and updates information for all programs including Mentoring program, Performance and Career Coach, others (including Pulse pages)
  • Prepares information and reports to support decision-making for Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Creates and maintains content on the Talent Management website
  • Supports onboarding programs by assembling data and generating reports
  • Provides support with various Career Development related analytics
  • Provides logistics support with various Talent Management programs, processes, and activities

  • Strong technical aptitude with advanced skills in Excel

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Demonstrates a “people first” mentality when interacting with all colleagues and has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the Firm
  • Experience working in a professional services organization a plus
