Requirements

  • Requires a Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Organizational Leadership
  • 24 months of related experience as a HR Manager, HR Program Manager, HR Specialist or HR Analyst
  • Experience providing support to the employer’s divisions to ensure compliance with HR programs
  • Experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR programs
  • Experience ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Experience utilizing behavior assessment tools such as Hogan, DISC, and Hogan 360ΒΊ for behavioral assessment
  • Experience implementing talent acquisition processes and programs, including performance management, succession planning, competency models, onboarding, mentoring, and career development
  • Experience providing ongoing support to management in the annual review of HR programs
  • Experience planning and creating regional training programs, including development of training curricula and materials, selection of delivery methods, facilitation of training sessions, and evaluation of training impact

Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent management process across the Magna Seating Americas
  • Maintaining a positive employee relations environment, as governed by the Magna Employee’s Charter
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and management, assisting with the resolution of concerns, and supporting the Open-Door Policy
  • Supporting the design and implementation of global talent management processes, strategies and standards working with the global talent management team
  • Supporting the Succession Planning Process for the Americas region – training, support for divisions and preparation of data
  • Leading the annual performance management process for the Americas including training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement
  • Supporting the design and development of talent development programs including benchmarking, best practice sharing and program tracking
  • Supporting and implementing development planning process within the Americas region including training, division support and programs support
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Process, including benchmarking, best practice sharing, training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement
  • Supporting Learning Process including benchmarking, best practice sharing, training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement
  • Leading HRIS improvements for talent management processes including best practice sharing, new system implementations, process improvements
  • Maintaining recruitment KPIs and strategizing methods to continually improve
  • Preparing and presenting KPI reports with management
  • Creating a talent pipeline of candidates for future growth with the organization
  • Supporting Internal / External Audit efforts regarding ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 Certification for remote site location (Group Office)
  • Supporting the requirements as detailed in Standard Operating Procedure 8000 (Quality Management System)
