Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 12 years of related experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years of related experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience in a Human Resources position
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive a Talent Strategy for aligned SBU/Function(s)
- Work with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to gain insight and provide recommended solutions to talent challenges
- Act as the integrator and point of contact for the aligned SBU/Function(s) for all Talent COE related activities
- Drive enterprise-wide key projects and initiatives
- Act as active Talent broker, driving talent movement across the organization
- Lead Talent related end to end projects for their SBUs/functions
- Ensure complete and thorough execution of all critical Talent Cycle activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR Partner experience preferred
- CORE Champion preferred
- Proven business partner with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels to drive actions and projects to closure
- Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to make timely decisions
- Advanced Degree
