Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build relationships with and work with various stakeholders at different levels
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in talent management processes and systems
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS
- Knowledge of performance management and succession planning practices
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain talent programs and processes
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to execute talent/performance initiatives
- Assist in the use of HR technology for talent management processes
- Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of talent programs
- Create and deliver training materials and presentations on talent management tools
- Provide support for regular talent management activities
- Assist in the implementation of technology enhancements for talent processes
- Stay informed about current talent management practices and trends
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in talent programs
- Help create job aids and supporting tools for talent management
