Team Lead

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related field preferred
(7+) years of relevant experience related to project or construction management
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required as well as understanding of the project phases from Initiation through project Closeout
Proficient in software development methodologies and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Lead a team of project managers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of retail projects
Oversee the team’s project pipeline and ensure proper risk mitigation and guidance for successful delivery
Continuously improve the retail platform by identifying enhancements, evaluating new technologies, and implementing best practices
Provide training and support to your team of project managers
Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and retail project management best practices
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and IT teams, to gather requirements to meet client goals and needs
Travel is required
