Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading production teams, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong technical foundation in continuous improvement methodologies and autonomous maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive problem resolution.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work in Continental shifts (day or nights).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational goals, including safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, standards, and company policies.
- Resolve conflicts effectively within the team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including autonomous maintenance and lean practices.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to optimize production processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
